Here's a video of a song I wrote a long time ago that I've revived recently. For those who care about worker's rights (or care to learn), there's a great documentary by the same moniker that was released in 1976 by a woman named Barbara Kopple. It's a pretty compelling view into the lives of eastern Kentucky coalminers during the early 1970s. Hazel Dickens provided a fair chunk of the music too. I'm actually working up a cover of "They'll Never Keep Us Down" right now. But I digress...
